Dennis Wideman was traded from the Caps to the Flames for RFA Jordan Henry & 5th round pick in the 2013 draft. Flames then signed Wideman to a 5 year deal worth $26.25 million
Flames also resigned Blake Comeau to a one year, 1.25mil contract
